1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how MYHVN ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with MindPrompt (the "App"), an AI productivity application for iPhone that helps users create structured prompts, generate direct answers, use dictation, work with voice input, attach images, manage prompt history, and use downloadable local AI models.
We designed MindPrompt with a privacy-first approach. Supported speech recognition and AI generation can run locally on your device when local models are selected. This policy explains what data may be processed, when network access may be used, and how you can contact us.
By downloading and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Core App Modes
MindPrompt may include the following workflows:
- Prompt Mode – converts rough ideas into structured prompts for AI tools.
- Direct Mode – answers questions or generates results directly inside the App using the selected AI engine.
- Dictation – converts speech into clean text without generating a prompt or direct answer.
The exact processing method depends on your selected settings, installed local models, and optional system features enabled on your device.
3. Information We Collect
Device permissions
MindPrompt may request access to the following device features:
- Microphone – used only when you record or dictate voice input.
- Speech Recognition – used only if the App uses Apple system speech recognition features.
- Photos or Photo Library – used only when you choose to attach or import an image.
- Files – used only when you choose to import, export, download, or manage files such as local AI models or prompt exports.
Permissions are requested by iOS when needed. You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.
Voice input
Voice input is used to transcribe your speech and help create prompts, direct answers, or dictation output. When a local speech model is selected, speech recognition can be processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your microphone recordings.
Typed text and generated content
Text that you type into MindPrompt may be used by the App to create prompts, generate direct answers, produce dictation output, detect categories, adjust creativity settings, and save history locally.
Images
If you choose to attach an image, the image may be processed by the App to help create a better prompt or result. Images are accessed only when you select them. We do not upload your images to our own servers.
Prompt history and settings
MindPrompt may store prompt history, generated results, selected modes, language settings, model preferences, appearance settings, and other app preferences locally on your device. This helps you reopen previous work and continue from earlier results.
Information you provide to support
If you contact us by email, Telegram, or another support channel, we may receive your contact information and the message you send. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
4. Local AI Models and Model Downloads
MindPrompt supports downloadable local models for speech recognition and AI text generation. Model files are stored on your device and are used to run supported workflows locally.
Internet access may be required to download models, check model availability, verify purchases, restore purchases, or access external services you choose to use. Model downloads may come from third-party model hosting providers such as Hugging Face or other hosting sources used by the App.
Downloaded models may be large. You can remove downloaded models from inside the App when that option is available.
5. Apple Intelligence and System Features
MindPrompt may offer an option to prefer Apple Intelligence or other Apple-provided system capabilities when available on your device and enabled by you. Apple system features are governed by Apple's own privacy practices and settings.
If Apple system speech recognition, Apple Intelligence, iCloud, or other Apple services are used, processing may be subject to Apple's policies and your device settings. You can review Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments
MindPrompt may offer paid features, subscriptions, lifetime unlocks, or other in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
App Store purchases may be used to unlock features such as advanced workflows, larger local models, extended history, premium templates, higher usage limits, export options, or other Pro features.
Purchase history, subscription status, and receipts may be checked through Apple's App Store systems to provide and restore access to paid features.
7. Advertising
MindPrompt does not use third-party advertising SDKs unless this policy is updated to state otherwise. If advertising is added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time such advertising is introduced.
8. How We Use Information
Information processed by MindPrompt may be used to:
- Provide voice input, dictation, prompt generation, Direct Mode responses, and image-assisted prompt creation.
- Save and display prompt history locally.
- Manage downloaded local models and app settings.
- Enable paid features, subscriptions, or purchase restoration through the App Store.
- Respond to support requests.

9. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate a server that receives your prompts, voice recordings, or images for AI training.
- We do not use your prompts, voice recordings, or images to train AI models.
- We do not require an account to use the core app experience.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may interact with third-party or platform services, including:
- Apple App Store – app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase verification, and purchase restoration.
- Apple system services – optional system features such as speech recognition, Apple Intelligence, iCloud, or device-level privacy controls when enabled by the user.
- Model hosting providers – downloading AI model files, such as local speech or text models.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the applicable policies for any external service you choose to use.
11. Data Storage and Security
Local data such as prompt history, app settings, generated content, and downloaded models may be stored on your device. iOS provides device-level security features, and you can protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and system privacy settings.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored prompt history, settings, generated content, and downloaded models remain on your device until you delete them, remove downloads, uninstall the App, or clear data using features provided inside the App or by iOS.
Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain support records.
13. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove that information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, App features, third-party services, or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
